GILAS is a consortium of private corporations and civic organizations, as well as government agency representatives. Leaders from some of the country's most influential corporations, relevant government institutions, and the socio-civic community comprise the membership of the Steering Committee that oversees GILAS and lead the campaign for resource mobilization.
