Cagayan de Oro City local government has finally formalized its commitment to support Gearing up Internet Literacy and Access for Students (GILAS) to its cause.

Last July 25, 2008, Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Constantino G. Jaraula, AFI-CSD and GILAS Director Mario A. Deriquito, and Cagayan De Oro City Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Myrna S. Motoomull signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
